Abbe conducted several readership surveys in preparation for a prospective 4th Edition of The Team Handbook. She moderated a Readership Round Table discussion at the 18th Annual International Deming Research Seminar in 2012, and

offers a 2-day training based on applying TTH3 strategies, techniques, and tools within large, medium and small organizations on a global basis.
